Assessments

The instrument opens the door, but the debrief is what makes it usable.

Every assessment on this page is administered and debriefed by NSight Works, never handed over as a report to read alone. Request access below and NSight Works will follow up to schedule the assessment and the conversation that goes with it.

MBTI® Steps I, II & III

The MBTI® assessment offers three related instruments, each revealing a different layer of personality type.

Step I™ identifies your whole four-letter Type from sixteen possible combinations: how you direct your energy, take in information, make decisions, and approach the world around you. You are not four letters. Anyone or any quiz on the internet that implied that was misusing the instrument. Used as designed and debriefed by someone certified across all three Steps, the MBTI® opens a working conversation about how you're wired to work best and where you have more choice than you think. That conversation is what you're buying and the letters are just the door.

Step II™ looks underneath the four-letter Type at the five most common facets within each preference and shows how your particular expression of your Type differs from someone else with the identical four letters. It does not exhaustively list, map, or measure every possible facet that could exist in the broader MBTI® framework, including rare or niche behavioral patterns, so it can be confusing if not debriefed properly.

Step III™ is reserved for one-to-one coaching and delivers feedback as powerful as a qualitative 360. Rather than comparing you to a population, it maps your own path of Type development as a starting point for a real conversation rather than a report to read alone.

Every step includes interactive feedback with a certified MBTI® practitioner — proper use is never just a four-letter label.

Hogan Certified badge

Hogan Assessments

Hogan Assessments measure the personality traits that quietly drive how you lead, decide, and work under pressure, built over more than 40 years of research and used in more than 50 countries.

The suite pairs three instruments: the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), which describes how you come across at your best; the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), which surfaces the tendencies that can derail a career under stress; and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI), which reveals what actually drives you, not just what you say drives you.

Together, they're built to answer the question most feedback avoids: why you do what you do, not just what you did.

Debriefed one-on-one, the results become a working map of your bright side, your risk under pressure, and what you're actually chasing, not a personality label to file away.

Unlike the MBTI®, organizations can use Hogan assessments to identify candidates who are the best fit for specific roles. By evaluating personality traits, employers can predict how well a candidate will perform and integrate into the company culture.

Strong Interest Inventory logo

Strong Interest Inventory®

The Strong Interest Inventory® assessment connects what genuinely interests you to the work, roles, and fields where people with similar interests report real satisfaction.

Built on John Holland's research and the well-established RIASEC framework (Realistic (R), Investigative (I), Artistic (A), Social (S), Enterprising (E), and Conventional (C)), it measures six broad occupational themes together with more specific interest and personal style scales, then compares your pattern against people already thriving in hundreds of occupations.

It's suited to the kind of decision a pro-and-con list can't settle: choosing a next chapter, testing whether a role actually fits your interests rather than just your resume, or figuring out what to reach for once you no longer want what you've been chasing.

Debriefed one-on-one, the results become a conversation about where your genuine interests point, not a test with a right answer.

Insight Under Pressure logo

Insight Under Pressure

Insight Under Pressure is a coaching-led behavioral debrief designed to help leaders understand how they operate when expectations rise, conditions shift, and the stakes become more visible.

The assessment uses original questions, proprietary scoring, and a four-quadrant Behavioral Energy Map to show how a person naturally approaches work, how that pattern changes under pressure, and where the distance between the two may create strain, overextension, or reduced effectiveness.

The experience moves through seven connected lenses: Natural Style → Adaptive Style Under Pressure → Pressure Gap → Motivators → Role-Specific Context. Each report translates behavioral patterns into practical insight, including how someone makes decisions, engages others, protects quality, maintains stability, responds to stress, and uses their strengths with greater intention.

Four report editions provide context for the realities of different roles: Executive, Manager, Healthcare Professional, and Team Member.

Insight Under Pressure is designed for leadership development, coaching, team workshops, and facilitated reflection. It is an educational development tool and is not intended for clinical diagnosis, psychological evaluation, hiring, promotion, or employment selection.

Reinvention OS · Career Reinvention

Why Assessments Matter Most When You're Rebuilding, Not Just Adjusting

A new job means taking what you already know how to do into a different organization. A new path means reconsidering the work itself. New goals reach deeper, because they're connected to the person and leader you're becoming. Reinvention is the hardest of the four, because the map you've relied on for years no longer matches the territory.

An assessment gives that rebuilding work something solid to start from: real signal about how you're wired, what draws your energy, and where your instincts run strong or thin, instead of guesswork under pressure. Paired with Reinvention OS, that signal doesn't just inform one conversation, it becomes a reference point you return to as the reinvention unfolds. That will help you see whether the direction you chose still fits the person you're becoming.
